If you do not agree with and cannot abide by any of the terms and conditions stated herein, you should not book onto one of our courses.

All classes are taught in English. All students are required to have a good understanding of the English language in order to attend a class. Students may bring an interpreter with them at their own expense and with prior arrangement!

VISA Applications

We understand that some of our International Students may need to apply for a VISA before travelling. Therefore, to assist with this process we are happy to provide a “Letter of Invitation”. Please request this in writing, complete and return to us. Students who require a visa should apply in plenty of time as we cannot accept the course booking until we receive confirmation that a VISA application has been successful.

Course Waiting List

We operate a Course Waiting List. When a course is fully booked, you may request to have your name put down on the Course Waiting List. In the event of cancellation by another student, the space will then be offered to students on the waiting list in numerical order.

Student Cancellations/Refunds/Course Transfers

No refunds or transfers will be given if a student cannot attend a course. The exception may be: if the class is a sell out and we can offer that space to someone on the waiting list, then the fee will be refunded. In extenuating circumstances a transfer or a refund may be offered at the discretion of Knightsbridge PME Ltd.

We reserve the right to cancel or change a course, but this will always be as a last resort. If KPME Ltd cancels a course, then a full refund of the fee paid by the Student will be given.

Course Fees/Packages

Course fees are for the tuition only unless otherwise stated. Where a student is required to bring their own supplies, an equipment and materials list will be available prior, to the beginning of each course. Each student is expected to organize their own equipment for use in the classroom to prevent the need to borrow from fellow students or the teacher. We will endeavour to send this to students with a confirmed booking a minimum of two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. If you do not receive this it is your responsibility to make contact with us to request it.

As many students will have the same products in class, you are advised to clearly mark your tools and equipment to make them easily identified. A permanent marker pen seems to work well.
