My name is Connie He, the founder of 1001 Bakery and ConnieHe Cake College in Shanghai. During my study in England, I fell in love with the sweet art of baking.
1001 Bakery was established in 2011, since its establishment 1001 Bakery has designed and made custom desserts for many super stars, celebrities and famous brands.
Wedding cake and dessert tables made by 1001 Bakery have always led the way in the industry and become a fashion trendsetter for high-end custom desserts.
Specialist skills include Japanese Pastry & Korean Flower Piping. Designs, cakes and pastries that tell different stories and evoke different feelings, it is our wish to inspire people to take notice of the simple beauty in everyday life.

After 6 years in the cake making business we started our new cake college- ConnieHe Cake College in 2017. We are hoping to follow the world famous cake art institution PME, becoming a good PME teacher.
