Blossom Cakes, a registered company in Hong Kong since 2010, brings a wide variety of well-known decorating products used predominantly for Sugar Paste and Gum Paste and provides a range of cake decorating courses and workshops to empower people to achieve their cake decorating dreams. We share our wealth of experience and provide comprehensive and up-to-date information that can help our students to become professional cake decorators.

Blossom Cakes is an Authorized Distributor and Certified Course Centre of PME Professional Diploma Courses. Our teachers are authorized and approved instructors for the PME Professional Diploma Courses. In 2013 and 2017, we received the PME Professional Diploma International Awards of Excellence. In 2016, we were awarded PME Professional Diploma International Highest Number of Students 2015. All these awards are a tremendous affirmation of the efforts of everyone in our school and is a challenge to continue to grow and provide excellence every day for every student.

Blossom Cakes has a purpose built, fully equipped teaching workshop in the middle of Hong Kong. Located only 3 minutes walk from the nearest MTR station. Local restaurants and international hotels are located within walking distance. At Blossom Cakes School you will benefit from quality teaching by Peggy Wong and her team. You will have your own spacious worktable and will be provided with all of the equipment you will need during a class. We deliberately keep the class size small enough to be sure you get plenty of personal expertise and contextually relevant mentorship from our teachers.
