At the Academy of cake decorating we share knowledge and passion for chocolate, baking & sugar craft! We run a variety of classes from beginners to master classes, based on a multitude of skills and topics, certified and professional diploma courses.

We work hard every single day to develop new methods of teaching or improve existing ones. We pass our knowledge and experience to our students helping them to reach their goals, start baking and decorating stunning cakes, quicker and stress-free.

Our classrooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Teachers are fully qualified and helpful, willing to help students with every single step of the way.

We care about quality, not quantity so our places are limited from 2 to maximum 6 people per class depending on the topic. We want to make sure every student is looked after properly and gets enough support in learning the topics taught in the class.

Our school is conveniently placed, in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, offering free parking for those who drive. Direct regular buses are connecting Hatfield with Luton, Stanstead, Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The A1M motorway runs through a tunnel beneath the town, also we are close to the M25(J23).

A frequent train service runs directly from Hatfield Station to London King's Cross via Finsbury Park (Victoria Underground Line), taking about 16 minutes to Finsbury Park and 21 minutes to London King's Cross on the fast trains, which run two to three times an hour. An additional train service calls at all stations to Moorgate in the City of London.

Uno and Arriva buses are running regularly connecting Hatfield with the north-west side of London.

For students looking for accommodation, there are few hotels nearby: Premier Inn 5 min walk distance, Travelodge or Ramada 10 min walk distance, Mercure Hatfield Oak.
