We are located in the heart of England in the cathedral city of Ely 8 miles north of the historical university city of Cambridge with easy access to airports, motorways, rail networks and local contacts for accommodation.

I have been teaching the art of Sugarcraft and cake Decorating for over 20 years and 7 years teaching Knightsbridge PME diplomas.
When I decided to enrol and become a teacher of PME diplomas I needed to know that what it brought to my business was fresh, constantly updated and had a professional feel to it.

We have a strong camaraderie amongst the team and pupil focused school. Our aim is to empower and help students to take ownership of their goals. We recognise that helping people become learners and developers of others is important within the classroom environment. We believe that having an internationally recognised qualification give us the edge.

We also understand people want to achieve things in life and this is at the very core of our school, our staffs have a great understanding of people?s needs to develop and continue to learn for many reasons and share in their milestones.

Many of our students have gone on to run their own businesses win awards at international cake exhibitions; some have just enjoyed the sense of excitement in their new found hobby. We believe that our teaching methods are first and foremost, FUN, a sense of BELONGING, and lots of ENCOURAGEMENT.

We become friends and stay friends long after the course is over while maintaining that edge of professionalism while delivering the diplomas.
