I've giving classes to 20 years ago. Our students travels to our courses of diferent points of ecuador, somebody takes more than 8 hours by car from cuenca, machala, portoviejo and the amazon.Our school of pastry and cake designer is located in guayaquil - ecuador and we sell raw material, pastry tools, artisan products, decoration tools and final products.We give fondant courses, pastry, royal icing, modeling, buttercream, european pastry, classic, ecuadorian pastry, carved cake, painting, piping.Dulce aroma is the only school of sugar arts in ecuador; we are certificated with the brand pme and wilton.In 2011 until 2017 I was representative of ecuador of the I.C.E.S. Organization. In 2010 we launch the first magazine of cake decoration of ecuador, have made 4 examples a year until 2015. Every year we organize the "salon del azucar del ecuador", since 2014.
